• Execute deployments according to the production schedule, partnering with the Supervisor, Email Marketing Production to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.

• Collaborate with campaign managers and intake teams to confirm required assets, audiences, and approvals prior to deployment.

• Partner with Mar Tech on data integration, audience queries, tagging, and troubleshooting.

• Maintain documentation of production processes, QA checklists, and platform best practices.

• Monitor post-deployment performance metrics (open rate, CTR, unsubscribes) and flag production-related improvement opportunities.

• Support process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and speed to market.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with Journey Builder or similar automation tools.

• Prior work in a regulated industry (healthcare, financial services, insurance).

• Understanding of email analytics (open rate, CTR, bounce rate, unsubscribes) and how to interpret them for production improvements.

• Exposure to marketing automation platforms beyond email (SMS, push, etc.).

Ideal Candidate Snapshot:

They will bring a mix of email development proficiency, QA rigor, compliance awareness, and the ability to partner cross-functionally to deliver flawless campaigns on schedule.
