About the position

We are looking for a dynamic and challenge-driven professional to join our team. As an SRE (Site Reliability Engineer), you will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency and resilience of our services, maintaining high standards of reliability, and guaranteeing continuous, uninterrupted operations. Your Impact

• Ensure the efficiency and resilience of services used by millions of users by continuously monitoring system availability, latency, performance, and capacity;
• Manage incidents, including monitoring, responding to alerts, and conducting post-mortem analyses;
• Collaborate on the design and implementation of resilient and high-performance software architectures, with a focus on complex distributed systems;
• Contribute to the company's evolution by applying solutions from various areas of computer science, such as artificial intelligence, distributed computing, and security;
• Work alongside cross-functional teams in a lean environment, switching between different projects as needed;
• Maintain a high standard of reliability in the services provided, ensuring continuous and uninterrupted operations.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong knowledge of Linux and core Internet systems concepts;
• Experience with service orchestration and software pipelines;
• Experience with monitoring and incident management;
• Senior-level knowledge of Internet protocols (IP, DNS, HTTP);
• Experience with application troubleshooting across systems and services.

Bonus Points

• Understanding of operating system internals;
• Experience with virtualization and containerization, and the underlying concepts;
• Knowledge of distributed system architectures;
• Experience with programming/scripting languages for automation;
• Familiarity with the SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) model;
• Completed or ongoing degree in Information Technology or related fields;

Flex Work Model
