• Execute device reimaging, enrollment, and deployment to GCC High‑compliant configurations.
• Provide onsite support to minimize disruption and ensure secure user access during migration waves.
• Assist with Windows imaging, Intune enrollment, and Endpoint Manager tasks.
• Support hardware and field deployment activities across dispersed locations.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth transition and deployment processes.

• Experience with Windows imaging, device enrollment, and hardware support.
• Willingness to travel 10‑50% to client sites as needed.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely.
