Our client, a leading organization in the technology support sector, is seeking a dedicated Desktop Engineering Field Tech to join their team. As a Desktop Engineering Field Tech, you will be an essential part of the IT support department, providing critical onsite and remote technical assistance. Job Title: Desktop Engineering Field Tech

Location: McLean, Virginia

What's the Job?

• Execute device reimaging, enrollment, and deployment to GCC High-compliant configurations
• Provide onsite support to minimize disruption and ensure secure user access during migration waves
• Assist with Windows imaging, Intune enrollment, and Endpoint Manager tasks
• Support hardware and field deployment activities across dispersed locations
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth transition and deployment processes

What's Needed?

• Experience with Windows imaging, device enrollment, and hardware support
• Willingness to travel 10-50% to client sites as needed
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely
