14656 - VoIP Network Engineer (onsite) - Tallahassee, FL
Start Date : ASAP
Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration :12 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client's site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client
Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration.
Required:
- Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Tallahassee, FL (required);
- Experience in telephony infrastructure, Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) implementation, Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) trunking, and call center technologies (3 - 5 years);
- Experience working on projects/systems of medium to high complexity surrounding network/system planning, configuration, and optimization;
- Lead, coach experience
- Experience with Network Monitoring tools, such as SEIM tools and the Network Operations Center ticketing system
- Monitoring the State Network's performance.
- Managing alerts and tickets generated by monitoring tools.
- Implementing necessary configurations and adjustments to ensure optimal network/system functionality
- Monitoring and assisting in reporting issues with the network/system for greatest performance.
- Providing timely updates and reports on the network/system status to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborating with other teams to troubleshoot and resolve any data or voice network issues promptly.
- Ensuring the security of deployed applications.
