+ Synthesize internal and external feedback, performance trends, and market signals into clear, compelling recommendations for leadership using data-based storytelling and concise executive communications.
+ Manage complex projects and initiatives across multiple channels including workplans, milestone tracking, risk/issue management, and stakeholder communications.
+ Develop high-quality materials to support leadership and governance forums (presentations, written analyses, financial or operational summaries) and prepare content for internal and external audiences as needed.
+ Build and maintain a strong network of internal and external partners to advance strategic priorities and remove execution barriers.
+ Directly engage with independent pharmacy providers and external partners as needed to inform strategy, improve service experiences, and validate operational approaches.
*
* QUALIFICATIONS:
*
* + Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, Analytics, or related field.
+ Community/independent pharmacy experience strongly preferred; experience partnering with provider organizations and/or networks.
+ 5+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, business strategy, and/or operating model enablement with demonstrated business impact.
+ Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and improve cross-functional processes (intake/routing, governance, issue management, service workflows) with strong attention to controls and follow-through.
+ Strong data proficiency and comfort working with large/ambiguous datasets; advanced Excel required.
Experience with Power BI (or similar BI tools) and querying/analysis tools (e.g., SQL, SAS, R, or Python) preferred.
+ Proven ability to translate analyses into clear narratives and executive-ready recommendations (data-based storytelling, concise writing, and presentation development).
+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence across enterprise teams and tailor messaging for senior leadership and external partners.
+
