A leading IT services provider is seeking a Network Support Technician in Wisconsin to provide both onsite and remote Tier 2 support for DHS customers. This role includes troubleshooting user IT issues, maintaining network devices, and ensuring system health. Candidates should have an Associate Degree or equivalent experience and 1+ years of IT support experience. This position also entails providing LAN administration, handling IT hardware repairs, and participating in after-hours support rotations.

Must be U.S. Citizen and comfortable in law enforcement environments.
