Technical Support, IT Support
As a member of our Technical Server Support team, you will provide technical support for Reynolds POWER Application Servers and related computer equipment, such as electronic document management and customer facing kiosks. Our support is provided 24/7, primarily by telephone, to the customer base and to Reynolds on-site technicians.
This role requires you to develop and maintain a high degree of technical knowledge and ability supporting server hardware, Linux, and proprietary software as well as evaluate new products. You will also have the opportunity to recommend changes to new and existing documentation and products to enhance reliability, and support and repair internal Production servers located in company datacenters as well as QA/Testing servers throughout the company.
This is a fast paced, ever‑changing environment where you will provide insight and recommendations for existing products and create technical documentation.
Requirements- Solid troubleshooting ability
- 2 years experience or equivalent technical school degree
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self‑motivated
- Technical documentation skills, a plus
