Life Stance Health, the fastest-growing mental health practice group in the US, is hiring an IT Support Trainer to develop and deliver training programs that improve technology proficiency for clinicians and administrative teams. This full-time remote role offers $32–$35/hour plus annual bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package.
The successful candidate will focus on Microsoft 365 applications, Windows navigation, and core computing skills, ensuring employees can confidently use the tools required to perform their jobs.

End-User Training & Support
- Deliver training sessions on Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, One Drive, SharePoint, Office Web Apps)
- Provide instruction on navigating Life Stance resources (Compass site, Trailhead modules)
- Create training materials (videos, guides, knowledge articles, quick reference sheets)
- Build structured training programs for onboarding and ongoing skill development
- Collaborate with IT leadership to address recurring knowledge gaps
- Partner with HR to integrate technology training into new-hire onboarding
Process & Documentation
- Maintain documentation for workflows, systems, and best practices
- Create training content aligned with IT support processes (provisioning, Office 365, Teams calling, device basics)
- Contribute to Tiered Support knowledge content
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with IT Support teams to reduce preventable tickets through training
- Coach field technicians and support staff on effective user education strategies
- 2–4 years of experience in IT support, end-user training, or technical instruction
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, One Drive)
- Proficiency with Windows 11; familiarity with macOS helpful
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical users
- Experience creating engaging training materials (videos, walkthroughs, guides)
- Customer-service mindset with patience and empathy
- Ability to manage multiple training requests and track completion
Preferred:
- Experience in healthcare or multi-site service organizations
- Experience with LMS platforms or structured onboarding programs
