Milwaukee Succeeds is seeking an IT Customer Support Specialist in West Allis, Wisconsin to provide tier 1 and tier 2 help desk support. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of IT support experience and a commitment to excellent customer service. This position offers perks like medical insurance, loan forgiveness, and paid time off. Candidates should have a high school diploma and knowledge of Windows PCs and Microsoft Office.
The hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with a possibility of occasional remote work after training.
