Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Implementation Manager – DCE Implementation
- Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines and milestones
- Create and manage ordering schedules for equipment and materials
- Coordinate logistics to ensure smooth delivery and installation
- Oversee hardware evaluation schedules and associated activities
- Identify and manage provisioning dependencies
- Oversee exit related activities and transitions
- Oversee the implementation of projects and systems
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Manage tickets and resolve issues efficiently
- Conduct activity-based colocation billing reviews to ensure accuracy
- Implementation Manager – RO Implementation
- Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines and milestones
- Manage the power requirements and ensure alignment with project needs
- Coordinate and oversee connectivity setups and requirements
- Create and manage ordering schedules for equipment and materials
- Coordinate logistics to ensure smooth delivery and installation
- Oversee hardware evaluation schedules and associated activities
- Identify and manage provisioning dependencies
- Oversee exit related activities and transitions
- Oversee the implementation of projects and systems
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Conduct activity-based project billing reviews to ensure accuracy
- Demonstrated Experience in the following
- Experience with server hardware NPI (New Product Integration)
- Experience with server and component vendor supply chain
- Demonstrated understanding of datacenter technologies such as networking, servers, GPUs, storage, virtualized infrastructure, power, and cooling
- Provide status reports to stakeholders, identify risks to the project and communicate them early. Work with internal stakeholders and external partners to mitigate risks.
- Experience clearly communicating complex requirements such as schedules, orders/shipment tracking, and system configurations across multiple teams in a clear and concise way
- Work closely with sourcing and supplier management teams to ensure contracts, orders, and parts are available and on track to be received in time.
- Working with customers and capacity planning teams to help track current utilization vs anticipated demand
