• Define program goals, roadmap, milestones, and operating model across multiple projects and vendors.
• Lead a delivery team with clear goals, capacity plans, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Act as the day‑to‑day executive contact; run governance, planning, and Q ‑style reviews.
• Co‑own quality outcomes with the Manager of Quality; align on guidelines, audits, and acceptance criteria.
• Plan and secure rater/annotator capacity; optimize shifts, automation, and tooling.
• Build and manage budgets, ensuring commercial and delivery commitments stay aligned.
• Maintain program RAID; lead root‑cause analyses and elevate high‑impact items.
• Standardize SOPs, templates, and dashboards; pilot and scale automation.
• Ensure policy adherence for data handling, privacy, and platform access.
• Coordinate with Sales/Account, Quality, Operations, and Vendor Management.

• 10+ years of experience in program planning and portfolio governance across multiple projects.
• Strong team leadership and interpersonal skills for goal setting and performance feedback.
• Excellent communication with senior client stakeholders and internal leaders.
• Proficient in project management tools, spreadsheets, and BI dashboards; familiarity with SQL/ETL is a plus.
• Quality mindset with practical application of SOPs and QA processes.
• Sound judgment regarding scope, time, cost, and quality with negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with global, distributed teams (advanced English required).
