establish terminology, ensure quality, consistency and proper interpretation of terms across the organization. Manage the design, development and delivery of reports, dashboards and insights that analyse business functions and key operations and performance metrics. Manage and optimise processes for data capture, validation and mining as well as modelling, visualisation and communication deliverables. Oversee the data/report requests process with prioritisation and tracking.

Define, develop and implement a wide range of operational procedures for delivery of ad-hoc and scheduled reports. Ensure accuracy of data and deliverables of reporting for internal and external customers. Maintain a secure environment, consistent with company policies.

this position requires a bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in data science, data analytics, computer science, business analytics, or closely related field and 3 years of work experience in data analysis, business analysis, or closely related occupation.

expertise/knowledge of: experience and in-depth understanding of tableau (preferred) and/or microsoft bi. Knowledge of data mining principles with data collection and mapping from multiple data systems on premises and cloud-based data sources. Ability to produce high quality output, including effective visuals. Sql skills, and ability to perform effective querying involving multiple tables and subqueries. Experience with common security practices for storing and exchange of business information.

Experience in subscription services in the technology sector. (must possess expertise/knowledge sufficient to adequately perform the duties of the job being offered. Expertise/knowledge may be gained through employment experience or education. Such expertise/knowledge cannot be quantified by time.) may work from home.

$120,000 - $140,000 / year
