Senior Data Analyst, Product Analytics (Fixed Term 10 Months)

This role is offered for a 10 month, fixed‑term duration.

As a Senior Data Analyst on the Product Analytics team, you will be a strategic partner, uncovering data insights, influencing product roadmaps, and measuring impact. Working with product managers, engineers, clinicians, and business leaders, you will own high‑visibility analytics work streams from problem definition to executive recommendations.

• Own the data architecture and data mapping strategy that powers our product reporting, ensuring teams can self‑serve reliable insights.
• Deliver key performance insights through regular and ad‑hoc analyses that guide investment decisions and program evolution.
• Lead product experimentation, including test design, sample size determination, A/B testing, and clear communication of results and trade‑offs.
• Design, build, and maintain intuitive dashboards in Amplitude, Tableau, or similar BI tools that become the source of truth for product teams.
• Partner closely with data engineering and other data teams to improve data quality, standardize definitions, and scale reporting across the organization.
• Define and refine operational processes, and support system enhancements that make analytics and reporting more efficient and impactful.
• Collaborate across analytics, data science, engineering, clinical, and product teams to drive aligned, data‑informed decisions.
• Explore and integrate AI‑driven approaches into product analytics use cases to enhance insight generation and decision support.

• At least 2 + years of deep expertise in product or mobile analytics, ideally 7 + years of experience.
• Expert SQL skills with strong experience designing and developing new queries and reports.
• Experience with A/B testing and statistical measurement.
• Ability to analyze various data sets and develop succinct key metrics.
• Excellent problem‑solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Track record of working on multiple projects under aggressive deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics.
• Proficiency in Data Analysis and Visualization, Amplitude, Tableau, SQL, ETL, databases, data modeling, and Excel.
