Scrum Master

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Scrum Master to join our team at Apps O Code. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in driving Agile practices and facilitating effective collaboration within our development team.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate the Agile development process and act as a servant leader for one of our clients.

Guide the team in adopting and implementing Agile principles, values, and best practices.

Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Collaborate with developers and clients to ensure clear understanding of project goals and priorities.

Remove any obstacles or impediments that may hinder the team's progress and success.

Coach team members on Agile methodologies, promoting self-organization and continuous improvement.

Track and communicate project progress, risks, and issues to clients.

Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability within the team.

Requirements
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.

Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments.

Strong understanding of Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).

Excellent facilitation and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence and motivate others.

Continuous learner with a growth mindset.

Advanced English level.
