What You’ll Do- Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test frameworks using Selenium Web Driver with Java and TestNG/JUnit.
- Collaborate closely with development, QA, and product teams to ensure comprehensive automation coverage and a shared understanding of requirements.
- Mentor junior testers, review automation scripts, and promote best practices in automation design and maintenance.
- Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Maven, and Git to enable continuous testing and deployment.
- Analyze test results, identify and report defects using JIRA (or similar tools), and partner with developers to ensure swift resolution.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of automation strategy, framework scalability, and test process maturity.
- Prepare and maintain automation documentation, including test plans, scripts, and results, ensuring traceability and compliance with QA standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years of experience in automation testing, with at least 3+ years hands‑on in Selenium and Java.
- Advanced skills in Selenium Web Driver, TestNG/JUnit, and Java‑based frameworks.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and related tools (Jenkins, Maven, Git).
- Proven ability to analyze functional requirements, design scalable test frameworks, and develop maintainable automation solutions.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with API automation or performance testing tools (e.g., Postman, JMeter) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments and modern QA methodologies, and experience working in Agile teams.
This position is only open to candidates based in the United States.
LocationThis is a fully remote position; however, candidates must be based in regions that align with the Pacific, Central, or Eastern U.S. time zones to ensure effective collaboration with client and team schedules.
Salary rangeSalary range: $60,000 - $110,000 annually, with final compensation determined by your qualifications, expertise, experience, and the role's scope.

This is a full‑time position requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
