We are currently seeking qualified candidates for an immediate opening to join our team as an associate technology design consultant. This full‑time position is anticipated to be remote, with some travel to project sites required. Accountable for the accurate and timely execution of internal design phase deliverables, the associate design consultant supports the successful delivery of technology consulting projects during the design phase.

The role plays a supporting role in coordinating design activities, maintaining alignment across teams, and enabling disciplined project execution under the direction of senior team members. This position focuses on executing defined design phase tasks and contributing to documentation accuracy and coordination across assigned projects. Working closely with senior team members, this role helps ensure that design phase work is well organized, clearly documented, and internally aligned with project objectives.

The associate consultant contributes to design development through preparation and coordination of technical documentation, participation in design reviews, and quality assurance activities for assigned work. Through structured execution, attention to detail, and a hospitality forward approach, this role helps maintain quality, reduce delivery risk, and ensure internal design deliverables are complete, well‑coordinated, and ready to support downstream project phases.

• Internal coordination support:
  Support design‑phase coordination by completing assigned internal deliverables and inputs under the direction of senior team members to help maintain aligned, on‑schedule delivery.
• Requirements understanding:
  Incorporate documented project requirements, decisions, and dependencies into assigned work products to support alignment across disciplines.
• Meeting preparation support:
  Contribute to meeting preparation through accurate documentation, updates, and supporting materials as requested by senior team members.
• Basic issue awareness:
  Escalate obvious gaps, inconsistencies, or questions encountered during assigned work to senior team members for review and resolution.
• Professional communication:
  Build productive working relationships through clear written communication, responsiveness to direction, and a hospitality‑forward approach.

• Project Delivery Support:
  Support senior team members in project delivery through execution of assigned design‑phase tasks, including preparation of technical documentation, product research, coordination, QA reviews and supporting materials.
