Our client is looking for a Training Analyst on a remote contract basis.

Note:

• This is remote contract opening, must sit within the United States and be open to work MST time zone hours.
• W2 Only (No corp to Corp or 3rd party inquiries)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Training Analyst to support training initiatives across North America and Field teams. This role manages training logistics, content coordination, and reporting to ensure successful testing and go-live activities.

• Manage training trackers, update status, flag risks, and escalate issues.
• Coordinate SIT/UAT sessions, Train-the-Trainer (TTT) events, and Field training logistics.
• Route materials for SME review, consolidate feedback, and maintain version control.
• Partner with Learning Developers to maintain LMS content, Click Learn modules, and job aids.
• Track training completion, monitor effectiveness, and provide weekly updates.

• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Experience with training logistics, scheduling, and communications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
• Experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or change management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience with ERP, Order-to-Cash, or large-scale transformation programs.
• Training trackers with documented risks
• Attendance logs for all sessions
• Consolidated SME feedback reports
• Finalized training schedules
• Weekly status updates for leadership
