RPE Home, Inc. (Backflip) is seeking a full-time remote Business Systems Manager to own governance and integration of Hub Spot along with other key business systems. You will be responsible for managing data integrity, overseeing automation processes, and supporting system implementations while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in business systems within a high-growth fintech or SaaS environment and at least 2 years in CRM administration. Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and basic SQL is also expected.
