TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking an ACE Account Service Desk Specialist II to provide Tier 2 support for the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) platform. This role requires problem-solving skills to assist a large user community including government and trade partners.
The successful candidate will troubleshoot technical issues, manage accounts, and provide exceptional customer service. Candidates with 2+ years of IT help desk experience and knowledge of trade compliance systems are preferred. The position offers a primarily remote work option with a rotating shift environment.
