This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • Total hours: 20 hours per week or 4 hours per day
  • Monday – Friday
  • Flexible within Eastern Timezone

About the role:

We’re preparing for a soft launch of ourAI-powered life coaching brand this quarter and looking for a tech-savvy, organized, emotionally intuitive assistant to help set up and support the backend of the business.

You’ll be the operational backbone of this early-stage launch — setting up systems, managing tools, and helping refine workflows that allow us to scale efficiently. You’ll work directly with the founder to bring clarity to users and clarity to the launch itself.

This is not a high-pressure startup. It’s a thoughtful, values-driven project where the tone matters, the user experience matters, and you’ll be part of something original from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

Phase 1:
Pre-Launch (Weeks 1–3)

  • Build and format the North Map intake form using Tally.so (structure and logic provided)
  • Test form on mobile and desktop
  • Set up Google Drive folders and file naming system
  • Log submissions into a Google Sheet (manual or via Zapier)
  • Help organize founder’s current brand assets and content files
  • Support initial testing of the custom GPT that will generate each North Map
  • Help refine confirmation email or message templates

Phase 2:
Launch Support (Weeks 4–6)

  • Assist with delivery workflow for submitted maps (text or Canva-formatted)
  • Keep submission tracker updated
  • Coordinate optional voice note delivery process (based on responses)
  • Manage customer questions or edits
  • Prep basic FAQs, DM responses, or scheduling blocks (as needed)

Phase 3:
Ongoing Support (Optional)

  • Update documents or templates as feedback rolls in
  • Support with launch content (IG scheduling, captions, light Canva editing)
  • Optional:
    Assist with community-building tools or future feature testing

Tools:

  • Tally.so (form builder)
  • Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, folder management)
  • Gmail (form alerts + responses)
  • Zapier or Make (optional)
  • Notion or Trello (optional for task tracking)
Requirements
  • Comfortable with digital tools like Tally.so, Google Workspace, Canva, and Zapier (or willing to learn)
  • Strong attention to detail — you double-check your work
  • Able to follow through on tasks without micromanagement
  • Flexible and open-minded: you’re excited about being part of something early-stage
  • Interested in tech, wellness, emotional intelligence, or self-growth

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with or managing custom GPTs
  • Light social media management or scheduling
