Senior Functional Consultant - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business

Position: Senior Functional Consultant - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
* This is a fully remote position; however, candidates must be physically located and authorized to work in the United States.
* This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
* Applicants must be able to work for any U.S. employer without current or future sponsorship requirements.
* Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related field
* 5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) ERP implementation experience
* Proven experience leading full lifecycle ERP implementations including configuration and data migration
* Strong expertise in Finance, Procurement, Integrations, Planning & Forecasting, and Inventory Management
* Experience facilitating executive-level workshops and cross-functional stakeholder meetings
* Familiarity with Order Management and Pricing modules
* Experience with Power BI reporting and analytics
* Microsoft Dynamics certifications (MB-800 or related)
* Experience working with both technical developers and non-technical business stakeholders
* Demonstrated success delivering complex ERP transformation projects
