Customer Success Manager – Sorcero | Remote (US)
About the Role
Sorcero, a Certified B Corp headquartered in Washington, DC, is seeking a Customer Success Manager to build trusted advisor relationships with life sciences clients and drive adoption of its medical AI platform. This role blends technical expertise, strategic thinking, and customer relationship management to ensure successful implementations, long-term satisfaction, and expansion opportunities.
You will lead customer implementations, manage transitions from sales to delivery, and develop strategies for retention and growth. Acting as a product evangelist, you will collaborate with sales and product teams, address technical challenges, and translate customer needs into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities- Lead customer implementations, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met
- Manage project timelines, resources, and smooth transitions from sales to support
- Develop strategies for customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion
- Address complex technical challenges and drive continuous improvement
- Gather customer feedback to enhance platform features and services
- Serve as the voice of the customer in product development and solution design
- Collaborate with sales teams and act as a product evangelist in customer meetings
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications
- 3+ years in client-facing roles (Customer Success, Account Management) in B2B or SaaS
- Proven experience in project management and technical solution implementation
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in dynamic environments
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in startups or high-growth environments
- Project Management certification
- AI or Machine Learning certifications
- Knowledge of life sciences industry, regulatory requirements, and medical communications
- Understanding of AI technologies and data science concepts
- Salary/Pay: $110,000–$125,000 per year (depending on experience and location)
- Three weeks PTO + one week December holiday recess
- One week safe & sick leave
