Dev Technology Group is seeking a full-time remote Microsoft Teams Phone Administrator to manage and optimize user lifecycle and voice services in a federal environment. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and at least six years of experience in administering Microsoft Teams, including supporting enterprise voice deployments.
Responsibilities include managing the Direct Routing configurations, troubleshooting voice quality, and supporting user lifecycle management. Proficiency with voice troubleshooting tools and Power Shell for Teams administration is required.
