About Wise Wolves

At Wise Wolves, we’re not just consultants; we’re a pack of dedicated experts who hunt down complex business challenges and solve them with powerful, intelligent Salesforce solutions. We move quickly, work smartly, and support each other every step of the way.

The Role

We are seeking a highly capable Technical Senior Consultant to join our remote, nearshore team. In this role, you will act as a technical lead and solution architect across a variety of general Salesforce platform projects, with a special mandatory emphasis on Salesforce Field Service (SFS).

You will be the bridge between complex business requirements and scalable technical reality. While you will design solutions across the broader Salesforce ecosystem, you will also be a key subject matter expert for field service logistics, scheduling optimization, and mobile workforce management. The ideal candidate has deep roots in development, a strategic architectural mindset, and the consulting polish to lead both our internal teams and our clients to success alongside our existing pack of experts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Solution Design & Architecture: Lead discovery sessions with clients to understand their business operations and technical challenges. Design comprehensive, scalable solutions across the core Salesforce platform (Sales, Service, Experience Clouds) and industry clouds.
  • Field Service Expertise: Serve as a lead architect and subject matter expert for Salesforce Field Service implementations, tackling complex dispatching, scheduling, optimization, and mobile requirements.
  • Hands‑on Build & Support: Directly build, or technically support the build of, complex Salesforce solutions across Field Service and other platform clouds, ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Project Leadership: Partner with Project Managers to define project scope, estimate effort, and build technical roadmaps. Oversee the technical delivery to ensure it aligns perfectly with the architectural vision.
  • Team Guidance: Mentor junior consultants, developers, and administrators. Provide clear documentation and technical specifications, guiding build teams on when to leverage declarative tools (Flows, Omni Studio) versus custom code (Apex, LWC).
  • Client Consulting: Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders. Present technical architectures clearly, explain trade‑offs, and align technical strategies with business objectives.
