Role Summary

Remote is seeking a data-driven Paid Marketing Analyst to support and optimize paid media campaigns across search, social, and display. This role involves close collaboration with campaign managers to uncover insights, improve performance, and ensure efficient budget allocation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze paid campaign performance across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Linked In, programmatic/display)
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities in campaign data
  • Assist with A/B testing, creative reviews, and bid strategy evaluations
  • Improve audience targeting, conversion funnels, and landing page effectiveness
  • Build dashboards and reporting templates using Looker, GA4, Excel/Sheets
  • Collaborate with finance and operations to manage spend pacing and ROI
  • Stay current with platform updates and industry benchmarks
Required Qualifications
  • Experience managing paid media campaigns globally (search, social, display)
  • Strong understanding of marketing metrics (CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS)
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Looker, Excel
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with SQL, Python, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Familiarity with multi-channel, multi-regional campaign strategies
