PURPOSE OF POSITION
The Implementation Analyst plays a key role within our organization as it pertains to onboarding clients with Definiti. The Implementation Analyst is responsible for supporting the Implementation Consultants and Implementation Specialists with successful onboarding of new clients in various capacities.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Internal support for Implementation Consultants and Implementation Specialists.
- Liaison between the Sales and New Business Implementation teams for newly sold clients, plans and services.
- Updates various internal databases in a timely manner (Fresh Service, Pension Pro, ASC, FTW)
- Assists and provides support for conversion data reconciliations
- Works in a team environment with other internal departments to complete various projects
- Owns and facilitates resolutions to internal teams on Client, Advisor, or Custodian questions/issues using all available resources
- Manages multiple on-boarding assignments, changing priorities to manage and prioritize project needs
COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
- Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to coordinate activities and tasks among diverse project teams
- Ensure duties and projects are completed by established timelines
- Ability to prioritize and manage workload and meet deadlines within a fast-paced, virtual environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Convey a professional, helpful and positive attitude while interacting with internal Team members.
- Strong problem-solving skills
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2 years or more of financial operations, customer support, or related experience required.
- Financial services industry preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
REMOTE WORKING REQUIREMENTS

- Ability to build rapport with others remotely while working productively with limited in-person interaction
- Have access to a reliable and consistently strong, high-speed internet connection suitable for remote work. A stable, high-speed internet connection is essential for effective communication, collaboration, and productivity while working remotely
- Designate a quiet, and well-lit space free of as many distractions as possible
- Be online and available to work during designated business hours in local time zone
- Accustomed to using Microsoft Teams (or similar virtual-meeting applications) to meet with colleagues regularly on video and use the chat feature for quick communications. We utilize many Microsoft Teams features (such as Channels and file storage) for announcements, relevant conversations, and file sharing. Familiarity with Microsoft Teams is a plus
- Accustomed with file-storage and file-sharing tools such as Microsoft Share Point
