CMK Resources is seeking an OCM and Training Consultant to support a leading storage company through a major transformation initiative. This role will be critical to a successful migration from Keyed In to Service Now, ensuring smooth adoption through effective change management and training strategies.
This is a fully remote position based in the US or EMEA, with up to 25% travel.
In this role, you will lead organizational change management efforts and deliver targeted training programs to prepare both internal and external stakeholders for new processes and tools. You will play a key role in driving user readiness, minimizing resistance to change, and ensuring consistent adoption across Service Now platforms.
What you will be doing:- Develop and execute change management strategies to support the transition to Service Now
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to different user groups
- Prepare internal and external stakeholders for new workflows and system adoption
- Drive user readiness and support adoption across multiple Service Now modules
- Identify and mitigate resistance to change through proactive engagement strategies
- Partner with business and program teams to align training and communication plans
- Monitor adoption metrics and adjust strategies to improve user engagement and effectiveness
- Strong experience in organizational change management and training delivery within enterprise environments
- Hands‑on experience supporting Service Now implementations or similar platform transformations
- Familiarity with OCM frameworks and methodologies
- Proven ability to engage stakeholders and drive adoption across diverse user groups
- Experience developing training materials, facilitating sessions, and supporting user enablement
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
