CMK Resources is seeking an OCM and Training Consultant to support a leading storage company through a major transformation initiative. This role will be critical to a successful migration from Keyed In to Service Now, ensuring smooth adoption through effective change management and training strategies.

This is a fully remote position based in the US or EMEA, with up to 25% travel.

In this role, you will lead organizational change management efforts and deliver targeted training programs to prepare both internal and external stakeholders for new processes and tools. You will play a key role in driving user readiness, minimizing resistance to change, and ensuring consistent adoption across Service Now platforms.

What you will be doing:
  • Develop and execute change management strategies to support the transition to Service Now
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to different user groups
  • Prepare internal and external stakeholders for new workflows and system adoption
  • Drive user readiness and support adoption across multiple Service Now modules
  • Identify and mitigate resistance to change through proactive engagement strategies
  • Partner with business and program teams to align training and communication plans
  • Monitor adoption metrics and adjust strategies to improve user engagement and effectiveness
What we are looking for:
  • Strong experience in organizational change management and training delivery within enterprise environments
  • Hands‑on experience supporting Service Now implementations or similar platform transformations
  • Familiarity with OCM frameworks and methodologies
  • Proven ability to engage stakeholders and drive adoption across diverse user groups
  • Experience developing training materials, facilitating sessions, and supporting user enablement
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
