• Deliver Moneytree Link solutions and integration projects, managing both internal and external resources.
• Document requirements, develop SOWs, and confirm project feasibility.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to secure project execution resources.
• Manage project vendors and internal resources to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
• Participate in vendor selection processes when required.

• Complete onboarding training with a mentor.
• Understand technical solutions delivered to our clients.
• Organize efficiently your own and your team calendar.
• Become a strong team player and raise our overall quality.

• 3+ years of experience in an Engineering Manager role using client & server mobile technology and/or APIs.
• Ability to drive results with a passion for clear communication and clean, elegant solutions.
• Strong understanding of both waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Written and spoken Japanese ability is preferred.
• Experience in a Japanese client-facing role is beneficial.

• Work Style: Full time role, working remotely from anywhere in Japan.
• Allowances: Communication allowance (10,000 JPY/month) and Remote work allowance (3000 JPY/month).
