About the Position:

We're looking for someone who thrives in a support-heavy, problem-solving environment—someone who can dive into complex integrations, diagnose issues quickly, and ensure operational continuity. This role offers a blend of hands-on development, application support, and process improvement. You’ll be expected to engage with cross-functional teams, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and support evolving business needs.

You'll work closely with developers, product teams, and leadership to keep systems optimized, respond to changes in real time, and ensure thorough documentation and knowledge sharing.

Tech Stack / Environment:

• Biz Talk with .NET Framework
• C# for custom development within Biz Talk
• SQL Server
• Power Shell (used for diagnostics and support)
• CI/CD tools:
  Team City, Octopus Deploy
• Source control:
  Git Hub
• Agile/Scrum methodology with daily standups and iterative development

Must-Have

Experience:

• 5+ years of Biz Talk development/support experience
• Strong skills in C#/.NET and object-oriented programming
• Solid understanding of SQL Server and database-driven integrations
• Basic experience with Power Shell for troubleshooting
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines using Team City, Octopus, or similar tools
• Experience writing and maintaining clear technical documentation
• Comfortable in an Agile team with daily standups, sprint planning, and shifting priorities

Nice-to-Have:

• Advanced Power Shell scripting for automation
• Familiarity with Git Hub Pull Requests and code review workflows
