AboutThe Role
As a Senior Technical Program Manager (P4) on the FUB & Partner team, you will lead cross-functional technical and product programs that span multiple teams and quarters. You will work across deep technical initiatives and customer-facing product launches to ensure clarity, alignment, and predictable delivery. Your work will focus on large, ambiguous initiatives that include platform infrastructure, AI capabilities, partner integrations, and customer experiences.
YouWill Get To
- Own complex, multi-team programs across Engineering, Product, Data Science, Design, Marketing, Partnerships, and external partners, driving execution for high-impact initiatives in the FUB ecosystem.
- Drive alignment across organizational boundaries by surfacing dependencies and misalignments early, engaging leadership with clear trade-offs, risks, and decision frameworks.
- Lead both engineering-focused initiatives (such as platform modernization, reliability improvements, API evolution, and data and AI infrastructure) and customer-facing product programs (such as new FUB capabilities, partner workflow enhancements, monetization initiatives, and cross-platform launches).
- Balance short-term delivery needs with long-term platform health and scalability, ensuring that technical investments set up future product velocity.
- Partner with Engineering and Data Science to deliver AI- and ML-enabled capabilities end to end, including model integration, experimentation, evaluation, rollout strategies, and post-launch monitoring, while ensuring responsible AI practices and quality measurement.
- Develop clear, structured program plans with milestones, dependencies, and measurable outcomes; identify risks early, anticipate bottlenecks, and drive mitigation strategies to keep programs on track.
- Define success metrics, track program health across delivery, quality, and business impact, and establish scalable mechanisms that improve engineering velocity and cross-team execution.
- Connect platform and product investments to customer impact and business outcomes, influencing roadmap priorities by surfacing technical and operational trade-offs and making principled decisions that balance constraints, commitments, and customer value.
