• Lead the end‑to‑end internal project lifecycle – from requirements gathering to solution delivery and business process implementation.
• Conduct user interviews and stakeholder discovery sessions to identify business needs, validate assumptions, shape the direction of process or system improvements, and translate them into clear, actionable project requirements.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and transparency at every stage.
• Work closely with product managers, design, development, and other teams to ensure timely and high‑quality delivery.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, providing mitigation strategies and solutions.
• Lead change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder engagement throughout project phases.
• Monitor project performance and KPIs, ensuring alignment with project objectives and business outcomes.
• Lead business process implementation – ensuring solutions are embedded into actual workflows and adopted by the teams.
• Collect and analyze data to support decision‑making and proposed solutions.
• Prepare and deliver progress reports, presentations, and status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Maintain awareness of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
• Proactively identify potential process improvements, efficiency gaps, and blind spots across teams and workflows.

• 3+ years of experience in project management.
• Strong organizational, planning, and delivery skills.
• Experience in business process analysis and optimization, or product workflow buildup, is a must.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams and both business and technical stakeholders.
• Data‑driven approach to decision‑making.
• Experience working with AI or implementing AI into products or business processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and deadlines.
• English at least B2.
