We're looking for an exceptional UI/UX Designer who loves turning complexity into simplicity.

• Own and evolve our design system across web and mobile platforms.

• Design intuitive dashboards, workflows, and mobile experiences for connected products and smart environments.

• Transform complex data into simple, beautiful, and actionable user experiences.

• Create interactive prototypes and collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to bring ideas to life.

• Champion accessibility, usability, and design excellence across every customer touchpoint.

• Help define the future of our digital product ecosystem.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a closely related field of study.
• 5+ years designing enterprise or SaaS products with complex dashboards and workflows.
• Expert Figma skills:
  Auto Layout, component/variant properties, variables, interactive prototyping, and libraries.
• Demonstrated application of WCAG 2.2 AA (contrast 4.5:1 body / 3:1 large text, visible focus, keyboard navigation, target size ≥24px, accessible authentication).
• Strong information architecture and data visualization fundamentals (tables at scale, filters, charts, status/health patterns).
• Experience partnering with engineers on Angular/React component libraries and design QA.
• Experience with IoT, lighting controls, or building/facility management UIs experience is a plus.
