Research Analyst

What you will do

• Manage multiple projects, develop reporting deliverables, and conduct data analysis using SQL, Excel, statistical analysis software, and other proprietary tools.
• Produce established and recurring custom reports for customers, investigate and resolve data discrepancies as they arise.
• Analyze data and determine conclusions based on findings.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience with internal and external customers by providing education on guidelines, background, and best practices.
• Communicate complex statistical knowledge and processes to stakeholders and assist customers in applying basic performance improvement techniques.

• Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in social sciences, applied statistics or other research-oriented field.
• Technical background with an analytical mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• SQL experience.
• Tableau experience.

Base salary range $60,000 - $84,000 annually, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. Some roles offer performance-based variable compensation; eligibility and potential payouts vary depending on the role and are tied to performance metrics. Final base salary will be determined based on skills, education, and experience. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package.

Work-from-home environment may be allowed; candidates must live in the Lincoln, Nebraska and surrounding areas.
