The Digital Marketing Lead supports the organization by managing and coordinating digital initiatives across websites, platforms, and digital channels. This role serves as the primary digital point of contact for marketing stakeholders and partners closely with enterprise digital, CRM, and analytics teams to ensure strategic alignment, timely delivery, and high-quality execution of digital work.
This position plays a key role in connecting digital experiences, Salesforce CRM, and digital channels, supporting engagement by connecting digital experiences for prospective and current members, while contributing to broader enterprise digital marketing objectives.
The ideal candidate is in a drivable distance to Philly for occasional in-person meetings.
Must have experience in AEM (Adobe Experience Manager)
Job Description
· Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with Marketing staff and key business stakeholders.
· Serve as the initial point of contact as teams consider digital updates, enhancements, and evolving marketing strategies.
· Manage and oversee project intake and execution through Robo Head (or other Project Management tool) by:
- Reviewing and managing entries for clarity, scope, and prioritization
- Providing guidance, recommendations, and appropriate pushback on requests
- Ensuring efficient execution and timely delivery of digital work
· Provide ongoing reporting, tracking, and visibility into project progress, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
· Collaborate with enterprise digital, CRM, and campaign teams to support the connection between digital channels and Salesforce CRM, helping ensure:
- Alignment between website activity, digital campaigns, and CRM workflows
- Effective capture and use of digital engagement data
- Consistent, well-coordinated experiences across prospective and current member touchpoints
· Make changes and updates to website pages using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), working alongside the broader digital content team to:
- Edit and publish content, images, and documents
- Ensure adherence to brand, user experience, accessibility, and compliance standards
· Support digital initiatives spanning multiple channels, including web, email, paid media, and CRM-driven communications, ensuring coordinated planning and execution.
· Develop and maintain broad project plans for digital work, balancing day-to-day requests with longer-term priorities.
· Assist in planning and maintaining a digital and website roadmap aligned with business objectives.
· Contribute to the overall digital strategy, offering insights and recommendations informed by performance data, stakeholder needs, and industry trends.
· Support performance monitoring and reporting, helping identify optimization opportunities related to content, and user experience.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Philadelphia, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $52.00/hr.
