About Grapevine MSP
Grapevine MSP Technology Services is expanding, and we are seeking a talented Web Developer & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team.
Founded in 2009 by CEO Joe Gregory, Grapevine MSP has grown from a recession‑era startup into the Central Valley's largest managed IT services provider with a team of over 60 professionals headquartered in Bakersfield, CA. As a Microsoft Tier 1 Partner, we deliver proactive IT support, cybersecurity, cloud, VoIP, strategic consulting, and 24/7 help desk services to businesses of all sizes.
If you thrive at the intersection of technical web development and digital marketing, enjoy owning projects end‑to‑end, and want to make a meaningful impact for the clients we serve, we encourage you to apply.
You will join a high‑performing team known for a "let's figure it out" culture, a deep dedication to customer success, and a passion for solving real‑world technology challenges.
The RoleThis is a full‑time remote position. We are looking for a highly technical, self‑directed professional to own and scale our web and digital marketing presence — from development and hosting through to paid ads, SEO, analytics, and creative execution. This role requires you to balance hands‑on development with ongoing marketing operations and to communicate your work clearly with the wider team.
WhatYou'll Do
- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain websites (front‑end and back‑end as required).
- Manage hosting environments, domains, DNS, SSL, backups, and performance optimization.
- Build, optimize, and manage Google Ads campaigns — Search, Display, and retargeting.
- Implement on‑page and technical SEO: site structure, metadata, page speed, and indexing.
- Monitor analytics and performance metrics via Google Analytics, Search Console, and Ads reporting.
- Create and edit web and marketing graphics as needed.
- Strong experience with website development and CMS platforms (Word Press preferred).
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
- Experience managing Google Ads accounts and budgets.
- Working knowledge of SEO tools and best practices.
- Familiarity with performance optimization, website security, and ongoing maintenance.
- Graphic design experience using Adobe, Canva, or similar tools.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Experience with technical SEO audits and remediation.
- Familiarity with hosting providers, cPanel, or cloud environments.
- Understanding conversion tracking, tag management, and analytics.
- Social media management experience across multiple platforms.
We take care of our people. Here’s what you can expect when you join the team:
- Competitive Pay — salary commensurate with experience
- 401(k) Plan with 4% matching contributions
- Low‑cost, high‑quality Healthcare — Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage
- Paid Vacation Time
- Paid Sick Time
- Performance Bonuses
- Work Anniversary Recognition
- Equipment and tools provided — everything you need to do great work
- Growth & development plans — industry‑specific training courses and certifications covered
- Team events & social events — we work hard and celebrate together
