We are seeking an experienced Service Now Project Manager to lead and deliver complex Service Now modernization projects. This fully remote contract-to-hire role involves managing all phases of planning, executing, and delivering Service Now implementation and enhancement initiatives. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and budget, while aligning with business objectives and driving adoption across stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, handling stakeholder communications, and evaluating project success. A strong understanding of technical issues and exceptional planning, scheduling, and communication skills are essential. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to transformative technology initiatives in a dynamic environment.

• Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline
• 8+ years of experience in Service Now or related technology projects
• Minimum 2 years of project management experience (PMP preferred)
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, develop detailed plans, and execute effectively
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience with project scheduling, implementation, and evaluation
