Position: IT Recruiter C2H / FTE

Candidate must have C2H hiring experience of at least 2 years.

Full-Time | Remote (Work From Home)

2 to 5 Years

B.Sc. (Computers), BCA, MCA,

B.Tech, BE

Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.

Week Off: 2nd & 4th Saturdays + All Sundays.

Must have own Laptop/Desktop with a reliable Wi-Fi internet connection.

Maximum employment gap allowed: 6 months.

• End-to-end IT recruitment for both contract or permanent positions.
• Sourcing and screening candidates based on client requirements.
• Working on all major technologies and IT skills.
• Interacting with clients and understanding their technical requirements.
• Coordinating interviews and follow-ups.
• Maintaining databases and documentation.

• Strong understanding of IT technologies and technical skills.
• Experience in contract/permanent hiring.
• Experience working with large clients (please mention client names in your CV).
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Must have handled various technology stacks (mentioned in CV).
• Technically sound with proven recruitment success.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
