Job OverviewWe’re seeking a Salesforce UX/Product Designer to join an established UX team supporting a large-scale Salesforce Lightning migration for a healthcare staffing platform. You’ll design intuitive solutions within Salesforce Lightning, partnering with product managers and engineers to solve complex workflow challenges.
Responsibilities- Design solutions within Salesforce Lightning, leveraging native patterns and components.
- Partner with UX research to understand customer journeys and map workflows.
- Create holistic experiences, including information architecture and interaction design.
- Communicate design rationale and balance user needs with Salesforce capabilities.
- 5 years of product/UX design experience with Salesforce products.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Lightning design patterns and components.
- Experience designing complex B2B/enterprise workflows and CRM systems.
- Proficiency in Figma and Agile environment experience.
- Full‑time availability (40 hours/week).
- Deep Salesforce knowledge (Experience Cloud, Flow, Service/Sales Cloud).
- Design system contribution experience.
- Healthcare or staffing industry familiarity.
- Portfolio review and agency screening.
- Two brief interviews with UX leadership and partners.
- Open to a 1–2 week paid trial period for final candidates.
This is a REMOTE contract position, ideally in the UT area.
