You will lead and facilitate working sessions with business end users to understand new opportunities or enhance existing capabilities and translate those needs into clear requirements and User Stories.

You can work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. For hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Promote and drive Agile development methodology throughout the team, providing direction and support to development and quality assurance teams.
  • Define, prioritize, and drive realization of specific product vision.
  • Work with Business Analysts and other team members to ensure product functionality is appropriately documented.
  • Represent cross‑functional business partners to transform vision into well‑aligned requirements, escalating blocking items to Application Owner when applicable.
  • Align business teams through communications, socialization, and education of objectives and detailed requirements, guiding team members to accomplish objectives.
  • Serve as the "voice of the customer" with delivery teams, representing the customer's perspective throughout the product realization cycle.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog, continuously and transparently communicating its prioritization and status to internal stakeholders.
  • Review, accept, and prioritize feedback and new requirements from project stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Scrum Masters to help direct, motivate, and guide delivery teams.
  • Ensure Scrum Team deliverables meet agreed standards for quality and non‑functional requirements, and that products meet stated business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams of designers, business analysts, developers, testers and others to develop and execute product roadmaps and release plans.
  • Own, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, including defining epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Break down capability and feature‑level user stories into detail‑level stories consumable and testable by a scrum team.
  • Collaborate with User Experience partners in usability testing and user design development.
  • Prioritize and assess impact of defects, providing input on decisions to fix or defer.
  • Review development output to ensure specified acceptance criteria has been completed.
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years in Product Ownership or Product Management (or related positions) in the Health Care Industry.
  • 5+ years of Business Analysis experience gathering requirements for enhancements.
  • Advanced experience in Rally.
  • Intermediate experience in AHA.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Passion for customers and a demonstrated focus on customer experience.
  • Basic knowledge of software development.
  • Understanding of software development processes and procedures.
  • Proven energy, motivation, and commitment to drive results in a challenging, fast‑paced environment.
  • Ability to meet commitments, build consensus, negotiate resolutions, and garner respect from other teams.
  • Ability to continuously improve the quality of the product backlog and team understanding of its items.

Benefits

Pay is based on several factors including local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. Salary ranges from $91,700 to $163,700 annually for full‑time employment. In addition to salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401(k) contribution (subject to eligibility). We comply with all minimum wage laws.
