Your Role
As a Next-Gen Telco Network Strategist
, you will support leading Telecom operators in defining and executing their Network Strategy evolution, accelerating the journey toward Autonomous Networks through AI adoption, platform optimization and organizational transformation.
- Define and drive network automation roadmaps, supporting clients at different maturity levels toward Level 4 Automation.
- Leverage AI, data and closed loop orchestration to improve network resilience, efficiency and operational performance.
- Advise Telecom leaders on strategy, innovation trends and transformation models across the network domain.
- Lead and deliver medium scale, complex consulting engagements, taking full ownership of delivery and outcomes.
- Contribute to the development of commercially viable consulting offerings for the Telco market.
- Proven experience in business case development, strategy and operational transformation, with exposure to workforce, organization, change, and Telco industry topics.
- Strong end‑to‑end knowledge of the Telco/IT landscape (Network, OSS, BSS, Digital, Platforms, Infrastructure) and familiarity with TM Forum standards (e.g. ODA).
- Experience delivering complex transformation programs, managing C‑level stakeholders, and collaborating with diverse teams in consulting or professional services environments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and a data‑driven approach to decision making.
- Collaborative and reliable team player with a creative mindset, curiosity for innovation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in fast‑paced environments.
Note:
The role requires 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, strategy or Telco transformation roles. Fluent English; additional languages are a plus. Ability to work in an international context, engage with senior stakeholders, and travel as required.
