Manager Cybersecurity Operations Internal Job

The Manager of Security Operations leads the day‑to‑day execution of enterprise security operations to protect organizational systems, data, and services. This role oversees security monitoring, incident response, threat detection, vulnerability coordination, and operational readiness while leading a team of security professionals and partnering closely with infrastructure, applications, service desk, compliance, and business leaders. The manager is responsible for ensuring timely response to security events, strengthening operational processes, and continuously improving the organization’s security posture.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field preferred or commensurate work experience.

Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise IT or digital services is required.
• 2+ years of team leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience supporting enterprise platforms or healthcare IT environments preferred.
