Position: IT Sales & Support Engineer / Consultant / Specialist
Location: 100% Remote (U.S. only)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 4:30 PM or 9 AM – 5:30 PM CST
Type: Full-Time, Hourly
What You’ll Do
- Provide technical support and IT consulting for business clients
- Solve IT challenges through troubleshooting and software solutions
- Balance support and sales—help clients while identifying their technology needs
- Work closely with businesses, building strong, long-term relationships
- Continue expanding your knowledge in a fast-paced, evolving IT environment
Who We’re Looking For
Industry Experience
MSP/MSSP Experience: 3-5+ years
IT Support Experience: 3-5+ years
IT Sales Experience: 1-2+ years
Client Segment Experience: 3-5+ years supporting businesses
Remote/Hybrid Experience: 2-3+ years
Core Technical Skills (1-3 Years Preferred)
- Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365
- Fortinet Firewalls, Switches, APs
- Sonic
WALL Firewalls, Switches, APs - Ubiquiti Routers, Switches, and APs
- Typing speed: 30 WPM minimum, 60+ WPM preferred
- AS/BS Degree preferred
Required Skills & Experience
- Active Directory & Group Policy
- Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Windows Server, VPN Configuration
- Office 365 Administration
- Strong customer relationship & sales skills
- Ability to train and support non-technical users
- Excellent time management & prioritization
- Experience with onsite services & projects
