Description
We are currently looking for a Lead Program Manager - REMOTE. In this innovative role, you will spearhead the delivery of AI training data projects at scale, shaping program-level strategy and execution. Collaborating with a diverse cross‑functional team, you will ensure high‑quality outcomes that drive advancements in AI technology and lead client relationships and operational excellence to impact the tech industry.
Accountabilities- Define program goals, roadmap, milestones, and operating model across multiple projects and vendors.
- Lead a delivery team with clear goals, capacity plans, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Act as the day‑to‑day executive contact; run governance, planning, and Q ‑style reviews.
- Co‑own quality outcomes with the Manager of Quality; align on guidelines, audits, and acceptance criteria.
- Plan and secure rater/annotator capacity; optimize shifts, automation, and tooling.
- Build and manage budgets, ensuring commercial and delivery commitments stay aligned.
- Maintain program RAID; lead root‑cause analyses and elevate high‑impact items.
- Standardize SOPs, templates, and dashboards; pilot and scale automation.
- Ensure policy adherence for data handling, privacy, and platform access.
- Coordinate with Sales/Account, Quality, Operations, and Vendor Management.
- Experience in program planning and portfolio governance across multiple projects.
- Strong team leadership and interpersonal skills for goal setting and performance feedback.
- Excellent communication with senior client stakeholders and internal leaders.
- Proficient in project management tools, spreadsheets, and BI dashboards; familiarity with SQL/ETL is a plus.
- A quality mindset with practical application of SOPs and QA processes.
- Sound judgment regarding scope, time, cost, and quality with negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with global, distributed teams (advanced English required).
- Competitive salary ranging from $110K to $130K.
