- Own a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers across onboarding, adoption, and renewal
- Lead customer kickoffs and success planning, aligning stakeholders on goals and measurable outcomes
- Drive onboarding and enablement across technical and business audiences
- Establish operating cadence (health checks, exec syncs, QBRs) using data‑driven insights
- Monitor customer health signals to identify risks and manage escalations
- Quantify and communicate business value tied to adoption and ROI
- Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, partnering with Account Executives
- Collaborate with Support, Solutions Engineering, and Product to resolve blockers
- Provide structured feedback to Product and Engineering to shape roadmap priorities
Essential:
- Enterprise Customer Success experience managing SaaS accounts end‑to‑end
- Ability to translate product usage into measurable outcomes and ROI narratives
- Technical fluency (APIs, integrations, authentication basics, environments)
- Commercial acumen with proven track record in renewals and expansions
- Operational rigor with structured cadence and stakeholder alignment
- Strong communication skills with both technical and executive audiences
- Cross‑functional leadership experience
Preferred:
- Experience with automation/AI tools or workflow platforms
- Startup/scale‑up experience in high‑growth environments
- Multi‑region enterprise account management (EMEA/US)
- Technical/STEM education background
- Familiarity with n8n or similar platforms
