Hybrid role with 3 days per week at the Home Office in Waltham/ 2 days remote
Job SummaryThe Digital Marketing Coordinator supports Benchmark’s digital marketing initiatives by helping execute, maintain, and track digital campaigns that drive lead generation across Benchmark communities. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Digital Marketing, this role will assist with website updates, SEO support, Hub Spot marketing automation, paid media coordination, campaign tracking, reporting, and digital quality assurance.
This is a hands‑on, detail‑oriented role ideal for someone early in their digital marketing career who is eager to grow in website management, marketing automation, paid media, SEO, and analytics. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, curious, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while supporting the day‑to‑day execution of Benchmark’s digital marketing initiatives.
Website & Digital Content Support- Assist with website updates in Word Press to support Benchmark community marketing initiatives, campaigns, and ongoing content needs.
- Make basic page updates, content edits, and website changes to ensure accuracy, consistency, brand alignment, and lead‑generation effectiveness.
- Conduct website quality assurance checks to ensure pages, links, forms, and key user paths are working as intended.
- Help identify website issues or improvement opportunities and communicate them clearly for follow‑up.
- Support SEO execution across Benchmark community pages and digital content.
- Assist with keyword research, metadata updates, internal linking, and content optimization.
- Help monitor SEO performance and summarize basic trends, opportunities, and observations.
- Develop familiarity with emerging search trends, including AI optimization, answer engine optimization, and evolving SEO best practices.
- Build, test, and execute Hub Spot emails for Benchmark community‑focused campaigns and communications.
- Assist with list creation, segmentation, forms, landing pages, workflows, reporting, campaign organization, and basic data hygiene within Hub Spot.
- Conduct QA for emails, forms, landing pages, links, personalization, and campaign tracking before launch.
- Track and summarize basic Hub Spot performance metrics, including open rates, click‑through rates, conversions, form submissions, and engagement trends.
- Support paid search, paid social, retargeting, and other digital campaign initiatives in partnership with the Senior Manager of Digital Marketing and agency partners.
- Help monitor campaign performance and flag issues, changes, or notable trends for follow‑up.
- Support paid media reporting by gathering metrics, organizing data, and preparing basic performance summaries.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and agency partners as needed.
- Assist in preparing digital marketing reports covering website, SEO, paid media, Hub Spot, and campaign performance.
- Pull and organize performance data from platforms such as GA4, Google Ads, Hub Spot, Looker Studio, Ahrefs, and similar digital tools.
- Proactively flag data inconsistencies, tracking concerns, or reporting gaps for review.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, updates, and follow‑ups to help keep work moving forward.
- Identify opportunities to improve digital processes, reporting workflows, and executional efficiency.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, agency partners, and other internal stakeholders on community‑focused digital initiatives as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing, or related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing coordination, website support, marketing automation, analytics, or a related field, internships included.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including websites, SEO, email marketing, paid search, paid social, and analytics.
- Experience with tools such as Hub Spot, Word Press, Google Analytics / GA4, Google Ads or similar platforms is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, especially when reviewing public‑facing content, links, forms, tracking, and campaign assets.
- Comfortable working with data and summarizing basic performance trends in a clear, useful way.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
