Remote BI Data Analyst

In this role, you will partner closely with Operations Program Management to leverage your advanced data analysis skills, contributing to key initiatives that drive strategic decision-making. Your expertise will involve creating user-friendly dashboards and executing complex analyses to extract insights from vast datasets.

• Understand complex data structures and relationships across multiple sources.
• Build and maintain SQL data models and views for reporting and analytics.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in data sourcing and transformation.
• Develop scalable Power BI dashboards with clear storylines.
• Create and manage automated reporting and data delivery routines.
• Conduct root cause analysis on data anomalies and collaborate for resolution.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of all reported data.
• Support ad-hoc analytics, reporting, and special projects.

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in data analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational database management.
• Hands‑on experience with exploratory data analysis.
• Advanced skills in data visualization, preferably with Microsoft Power BI.
• Experience with programming in Python, R, and Excel, including macros.
• Knowledge of ETL tools like KNIME or Alteryx is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to present complex data to diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to analyze large datasets and recommend solutions.
