• Detailed Discovery of current processes
• Stakeholder mapping and alignment
• Salesforce & Mulesoft Implementation Architecture Design
• System Architecture crosswalk against CEQ
• Detailed Implementation Roadmap
• Salesforce Org and Mulesoft Setup / License Activation
• Configuration & Testing of initial Salesforce Functionality and Mulesoft Integrations
• Congressional / Council on Environmental Quality's (CEQ) Reporting Support
• ATO support
• A good understanding of Experience Cloud (EE) and Public Sector Solutions (PSS) strongly desired, as the program heavily revolves around License Permitting and Inspection (LPI) within PSS.
