Location: Lee's Summit
Inter Varsity Press is looking for a User Adoption Specialist to work remotely in the USA. This full-time position plays a critical role in ensuring effective use of a student data application across various ministry windows. Responsibilities include leading the user adoption strategy, conducting assessments of staff readiness, and designing onboarding pathways tailored for different user roles.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong relational skills, familiar with change management, and effective user resource creation.
